To sustain a fair, transparent, and exemplary educational environment, the Faculty Deanery provides multiple reliable channels for lodging complaints and grievances. This ensures all submittals are reviewed objectively by senior administration under strict confidentiality protocols.
📋 Approved Grievance Submission Channels
1. Official Grievance Email
File your complaint directly to our dedicated secure email address, routing your case directly to the senior administrative team:

Submit a printed document inside the dedicated grievance drop-box located in the Student Lounge area (opposite the Copy Center / 2nd Floor).
3. Office of the Faculty Dean
Students can hand in their formal written letters or arrange direct administrative reviews at the Office of the Faculty Dean for cases requiring immediate attention.
